【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofsolderableenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass155withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpoly-urethaneresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisabondinglayerbasedonathermoplasticresin.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class155isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof155andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast175℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1B:0,020mmuptoandincluding0,800mm;-Grade2B:0,020mmuptoandincluding0,800mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
