【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62395providesdetailedrecommendationsforthesystemdesign,installation,maintenanceandrepairofelectricalresistancetraceheatingsystemsinindustrialandcommercialapplications.Thistechnicalspecificationdoesnotincludeorprovideforanyapplicationsinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.Thisspecificationpertainstotraceheatingsystemsthatmaycompriseeitherfactoryconstructedorfield(work-site)assembledunits,andwhichmaybeseriesheatercables,parallelheatercables,heaterpadsorheaterpanelsthathavebeenassembledand/orterminatedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer’sinstructionsforconnectiontovoltagesuppliesuptoandincluding450V/750V.ThisTechnicalspecificationdoesnotcoverinduction,impedanceorskineffectheating.Traceheatingsystemscanbegroupedintodifferenttypesofinstallations.Thesearecharacterizedbydifferentrequirementsfortestingandareusuallycertifiedforaspecifictypeofinstallationorapplication.Typicalapplicationsforthedifferenttypesofinstallationareasfollows:a)Installationsoftraceheatingonpipes,vesselsandassociatedequipment.Applicationsinclude:–freezeprotectionandtemperaturemaintenance;–hotwaterlines;–oilandchemicallines;–sprinklersystems.b)Outdoorexposedareainstallationsoftraceheating.Applicationsinclude:–roofde-icing;–gutteranddownspoutde-icing;–catchbasinsanddrains;–railheating.c)Installationwithembeddedtraceheating.Applicationsinclude:–snowmelting;–floorwarming;–frostheaveprevention;–undergroundthermalenergystoragesystems;–doorframes.d)Installationswithtraceheatinginsideconduitorpiping.Applicationsinclude:–snowmelting–inconduit;–floorwarming–inconduit;–frostheaveprevention–inconduit;–undergroundthermalenergystoragesystems–inconduit;–internaltraceheatingofpotablewaterlines;–encloseddrainsandculverts.
