【摘要】:ThispartofISO5269specifiesamethod,usingaconventionalsheetformer,forthepreparationoflaboratorysheetsofpulpforthepurposeofcarryingoutsubsequentphysicaltestsonthesesheetsinordertoassesstherelevantpropertiesofthepulpitself.ThispartofISO5269isapplicabletomostkindsofpulp.Itisnotsuitableforsomepulpswithverylongfibres,suchasthosemadefromunshortenedcotton,flaxandsimilarmaterials.Thismethodisnotsuitableforthepreparationoflaboratorysheetsforthedeterminationofdiffusebluereflectancefactor(ISObrightness)inaccordancewithISO3688.WARNING—Whenlong-fibredpulpisusedintheunshortenedform,thesheetformationmaynotalwaysbesatisfactory.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesignandmanufacturingofcircularsawmachines(seeFigures1and2).ThemachinescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareusedtocutboneandmeat.ThecircularsawmachinescoveredbythisEuropeanStandarddonotincludecircularsawmachinesforprocessingofwoodandsimilarmaterialsandtherequirementsofEN1870-1donotapply.CircularsawmachinesfordomesticusearenotincludedinthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesonlytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthefollowingtypesofmachines:Circularsawmachineswithafeedtableandafixedproductpusher—Thedistance,,A"fromthefloortothetopsurfaceofthefeedtableisfrom800mmto1050mm.Thesawbladediameterisbetween350mmand400mm(seeFigure1).—Circularsawmachinesinstalledinacuttingline(e.g.conveyorbeltorrollerconveyor),e.g.withaprotectivecomponentwhichcanbeliftedonthefeedanddischargeside.Thesawbladediameterisbetween350mmand400mm(seeFigure2).Circularsawmachinescompriseamachinebase,afixed,foldablefeedtable,aproductpusher,aprotectivehoodwhichcanbelifted,asawblade,adriveandelectricalcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.Circularsawmachineswithamachinebasecanbewheel-mounted(seeFigure1).Theintendedusesofthemachinesaredescribedinclause7.Onfloor-typecircularsawmachines(seeFigure3)theproducttobecutisplacedbyhandontothefeedtableandpushedagainstthecuttingzoneofthesawbladebymeansoftheproductpusherandsawed.Oncircularsawmachineswhichareinstalledinacuttingline(seeFigure4)theproducttobecutispushedbyhandviatheconveyorbeltorrollerconveyoragainstthecuttingzoneofthesawbladeandsawed.
