【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofdeckovens.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectadeckovenandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectricdeckovens.Thedeckovencanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrateandthermostatcalibration(10.2),Preheatenergyconsumptionandtime(10.3),Idleenergyrate(10.4),Pilotenergyrate(ifapplicable)(10.5),orCookingenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity(10.6).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
