【摘要】:Thistestmethodwillprovideguidanceforthemeasurementofthenetheatfluxtoorfromasurfacelocation.Todeterminetheradiantenergycomponenttheemissivityorabsorptivityofthegagesurfacecoatingisrequiredandshouldbematchedwiththesurroundingsurface.Thepotentialphysicalandthermaldisruptionsofthesurfaceduetothepresenceofthegageshouldbeminimizedandcharacterized.Forthecaseofconvectionandlowsourcetemperatureradiationtoorfromthesurfaceitisimportanttoconsiderhowthepresenceofthegagealtersthesurfaceheatflux.Thedesiredquantityisusuallytheheatfluxatthesurfacelocationwithoutthepresenceofthegage.Temperaturelimitationsaredeterminedbythegagematerialpropertiesandthemethodofapplicationtothesurface.Therangeofheatfluxthatcanbemeasuredandthetimeresponsearelimitedbythegagedesignandconstructiondetails.Measurementsfrom10W/m2toabove100kW/m2areeasilyobtainedwithcurrentsensors.Timeconstantsaslowas10msarepossible,whilethickersensorsmayhaveresponsetimesgreaterthan1s.Itisimportanttochoosethesensorstyleandcharacteristicstomatchtherangeandtimeresponseoftherequiredapplication.Themeasuredheatfluxisbasedonone-dimensionalanalysiswithauniformheatfluxoverthesurfaceofthegagesurface.Becauseofthethermaldisruptioncausedbytheplacementofthegageonthesurface,thismaynotbetrue.Wesley(3)andBabaetal.(4)haveanalyzedtheeffectofthegageonthethermalfieldandheattransferwithinthesurfacesubstrateanddeterminedthattheone-dimensionalassumptionisvalidwhen:where:ks
